Lime Barley


Easy recipe. i'll have to try it.

Steps


Rince the barley and drain.
Boil water in a casserole and add the barley.
Cover and cook 1 hour at low heat or until barley is tender and water is absorbed.
Add olive oil and lime juice.
Salt and pepper if you want and serve.
