Country Ribs With Sauerkraut

Just put it in the oven or a crock pot and let the magic happen! I either serve these with mashed potatoes or you can throw some cubed potatoes and carrots in with it in the last 30 min. Of cook time.

Steps

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Place country ribs into an oven proof casserole pan , cover and bake for 2-3 hours.

This can also be put into a crock pot on low in the morning , by the time you are off work and ready for dinner they will be so tender they just fall apart.
