Chipotle Chili


Smoky, spicy chili.

Steps


Heat a dutch oven over medium-high heat.
Add onion , bell pepper , garlic , and beef to pan.
Saut 10 minutes or until beef is browned and vegetables are tender.
Add remaining ingredients to pan , stirring to blend.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat.
Simmer 20 minutes or until slightly thickened , stirring occasionally.
Cover and continue to cook on low for another hour.
