Shortbread British

I couldn't find a recipe for british shortbread surprisingly enough. posted for zwt6. i am totally guessing on the servings!!

Mix all the ingredients very well and roll the dough out.

Cut rectangular cookies and make holes with a fork.

Bake them 1 hour at 150 degrees in the oven.
