Barbecued Drumsticks
Steps
In a large bowl , mix together the garlic and the soy sauce.
Add the chicken and turn to coat well.
Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Grill chicken over medium hot coals for 20-30 minutes turning from time to time and basting with any remaining marinade , until cooked through.
Serve hot.
