Banana And Mango Smoothie


From the natural menopause cookbook. i have made the 2 hours freezing time the cooking time.

Steps


Peel and slice the banana , then place in a freezerproof container and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Peel , deseed mango and dice.
Place all the ingredients in a blender or food prodessor and blend until thick and frothy and then pour into serving glass.
