Perfect Pizza Dough
This simple bread base rolls out to be a great thin or thick crust pizza dough
Steps
Sift the flour and salt into large mixing bowl.
Stir in yeast.
Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients.
Pour the water and oil in to the well.
Mix with a spoon to a soft dough.
Turn out dough on lightly floured surface and knead for about 7-10 mins until dough is smooth and elastic.
Place dough in a greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
Let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until the dough has doubled its size.
Punch down the dough and knead again for 2-3 minutes.
Roll or strech out dough to fit pizza pan.
Top with sauce and cheese.
Place in 425 f preheated over for 15-20 mins until crisp and golden.
