Lingonberry Sorbet


An adult sorbet with a scandinavian twist.

Steps


Puree the berries , sugar , water , and vodka together in a blender or food processor.
Process in an ice cream / sorbet maker and make according to machine instructions.
Alternatively , pour into a shallow container and freeze for 2 hours , removing pan from freezer every 20 minutes and whisking contents to prevent solid freezing.
