Lemon Beans And Mushrooms
From pol martin, a famous canadian chef, this is a simple and tasty side dish.
Steps
Place beans in boiling salted water.
Cook 10 minutes.
Cool beans under cold running water.
Drain and set aside.
Heat butter in frying pan or saute pan.
When hot , add mushrooms and cook 2 to 3 minutes over high heat.
Do not stir.
Season generously with salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Continue cooking 2 minutes.
Add beans , lemon rind and juice.
Cover and cook 3 minutes.
