Impossible Spinach Pie
Steps
Preheat oven to 400f.
Lightly grease 10-inch pie plate.
Heat 1 inch salted water to boiling.
Add spinach , cover and heat to boiling.
Cook spinach until almost tender.
Drain spinach thoroughly.
Mix spinach , onion and cheese in pie plate.
Beat remaining ingredients in blender on high until smooth.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake at 400f about 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes.
Garnish as desired.
