Ice Cream Sandwiches

My granddaughter loves to make these! They are perfect on a hot summer day! taste almost just like the originals.

Let ice cream thaw until soft.

Take a graham cracker and break along the line into two.

Place ice cream in the middle.

Place another graham cracker on top like a sandwich , wrap in wax paper and chill in frezer !.

Wait 1 hour at least before eating.
