Honey And Lemon Chicken


Here's an easy to prepare recipe for succulent, tasty chicken, cooked in a casserole in the oven.

Steps


Heat the butter in a frying pan and brown the chicken on all sides.
Transfer to a lidded casserole.
Boil the honey , lemon juice and rosemary in the frying pan for a few minutes and then pour over the chicken.
Cover the casserole and cook in a pre-heated oven at 375f for 20 minutes.
