Healthy Peanut Butter Cookie Balls
This is so good! it takes just like a peanut butter cookie!! fast, easy, healthy, no bake and can be made into balls or bars. this can be a fun activity to let the kids help with too!!
Steps
Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and combine well.
Shape into bite sized balls , or bars if you prefer.
Can be eaten immediately , refrigerated or frozen depending on the desired texture.
