I saw this in a cookery show this is very satisfying meal-drink for people who diet. You never feel hungry for a very long time.
Steps
In a mixer add all above ingredients and blend till a smooth drink is obtained.
If required add more skimmed milk to adjust the consistency.
Serve chilled.
