Healthy Oat Breakfast With Currants
I enjoy this healthy fast breakfast about 4 times a week. Oats are very healthy and this uses currants for sweetness rather than sugar. If you are used to eating very sweet oatmeal it will take a while to adjust to the flavour but once you have, you won't look back!!
Steps
Combine ingredients in a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds on high.
Stir and microwave another twenty seconds.

rolled oats, 1% low-fat milk, currants
