Healthy Baked Bean Omelet


My favorite breakfast. Easy, low-fat, filling, and energizing!!! Also great for an afternoon snack. You can use your favorite brand of baked beans. I personally like the fat-free heinz in tomato sauce.

Steps


Sautee broccoli in a skillet until tender.
Add egg whites to the broccoli and let cook until semi-firm.
Flip and cook until the eggs set.
Add the baked beans in the center and fold.
Enjoy !.
