Harira
This is a tasty moroccan stew recipe handed to me by a friend. Super simple, very tasty!!
Steps
Fry onions in oil until lightly browned.
Add shallot , garlic , onion , spices , lentils , tomatoes and vegetable stock.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Add chickpeas.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Enjoy !.
