Grilled Pineapple Flank Steak
Use leftovers for teriyaki sandwiches.
Steps
Prick steak on both sides with fork.
Whisk together pineapple juice , soy sauce , brown sugar , and ginger.
Pour over meat and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Grill to desired doneness.
Cut diagonally into slices.
