Grainy Casserole


A healthy casserole.

Steps


Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all ingredients into a 13 x 9 baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Cover and bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes or until grains are tender , stirring once.
Top with cheese.
Bake an additional 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
