German Sauerkraut And Country Ribs


This is just plain good. Serve with mashed potatoes and chew slowly to enjoy. If you are not a fan of caraway seeds just omit them.

Steps


Wash and cut pork into seving size pieces.
Mix all ingredients together.
Do not rinse kraut.
Simmer slowly about 3 hours , adding a bit of water as needed.
