German Homemade Leberwurst Liverwurst
(pork and liver sausage)
Steps
Cut meat in small pieces.
Combine with liver , onion , salt , and pepper.
Simmer 40 minutes.
Add herbs.
Stir.
Grind all coarsely.
Stuff into casings and tie.
Cover with water.
