Steps
Combine 1 / 2 cup flour , brown sugar , and cinnamon in a medium bowl.

Cut in 1 / 4 cup butter with a pastry blender until topping mixture is crumbly.

Combine 3 / 4 cup flour , baking powder , and salt.
Add to the creamed mixture.
Mix at low speed just until blended.
