Frikadellar


This is a danish meatball. They said it was in a very old cookbook. Serve over parslied potatoes.

Steps


Mix ground beef , breadcrumbs , milk , egg , onion , salt , pepper and thyme.
Let rest 1 / 2 hour.
Make meatballs.
Dust with flour.
Save flour.
Brown in oil.
Add remaining flour and cream.
Cook together until gravy forms.
Serve over parslied potatoes.
