Fried Cauliflower


Crispy and sweet

Steps


Toss cauliflower , rice flour and turmeric together.
{shake them all in a plastic bag}.
Shake off excess.
Heat oil to 180 c.
Fry cauliflower in batches till golden - 4 - 5 minutes.
Drain on paper towel , season and serve.
