Flounder Baked In Brown Butter

Steps
Arrange fish in a single layer ub a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with vinegar and salt.
Dot with butter.
Bake , basting every 5 minutes with crisp brown butter scraped from the edges of the pan , coating each piece completely.
Should be finished cooking at about 25-30 minutes.

flounder fillets, vinegar, salt, butter
