Filling Protein Shake


After having had lap-band surgery, i often need to add some protein to my daily intake. This is something i made that is very filling. My preferences are 100 calorie muscle milk light and yoplait light yogurt (in the blue container). At bjs and costco the muscle milk is in 8 and 8.5 oz containers.

Steps


Add all ingredients in a blender and mix.
