Excellent Vegetarian Chili
The best, vegetarian chili i've ever had. It's also my youngest daughter's favorite, as she's a vegetarian.
Steps
Cover bottom of dutch oven with 3 - 4 tablespoons of water.
Add onions , celery , green peppers and garlic.
Saut until wilted.
Add zucchini and cook until tender.
Stirring occasionally.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer one hour.

onion, celery, green bell pepper, garlic clove, zucchini, stewed tomatoes, whole tomatoes, tomato sauce, mccormick mild chili seasoning, chili beans
