Often served in glasses for an eggnog type of drink as well as a dessert
Steps
Beat the egg yolks and whites with an electric mixer until thick and lemon-colored.
Add the sugar gradually , continuing to beat.
Use sherbet glasses , and place 1 tsp of brandy in each.
Gently spoon the egg mixture over this.
