Easy Plum Cake
This recipe i found in an old church cookbook works. I used earth's best baby food
Steps
Combine first nine ingredients in a large bowl and beat with electric mixer for three minutes.
Fold in nuts.
Pour into a greased bundt.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes.
Cool and ice.
To make icing beat together cream cheese , vanilla , milk and salt.
Gradually add powdered sugar and beat until creamy.
