Easy Oat Slice
This is from an old issue of australian good taste, only minimal ingredients which is why it caught my eye. I haven't tried it so let me know what you think!!
Steps
Preheat oven to 180.
C.
Melt butter & marmalade together in a microwave safe bowl for approx 2 mins on high.
Stir in oats & nuts and press into a 20cm square lined & greased cake pan.
Bake for 35-40 mins or until golden.
