Easy Hot Fudge Sauce

This is easy to make and super good on ice cream, we love it! this was my mom's recipe from years ago.

In a small but heavy saucepan , melt the chocolate chips and butter.

Add sugar and gradually add in the evaporated milk.

Bring the mixture to a boil , slightly reduce heat , but , continue to boil for another 6-8 minutes.

Remove from the heat and let cool slightly.

Serve warm over ice cream.
