Earl Grey Tea Cookies


From a magazine called really simple.

Steps


Heat oven to 375 f.
Pulse all dry ingredients in food processor until tea leaves are pulverised.
Add vanilla , 1 teaspoon of water and the butter.
Pulse till dough is formed , divide dough in half.
Place each half on a sheet of plastic wrap.
Roll into 12 ins log , about 2 ins in diameter.
Wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
Slice each log into discs , 1 / 2 inch thick.
Place on parchment lined baking trays 2 ins apart.
Bake till edges are just brown , 12 - 15 minutes.
Cool on sheets for 5 minutes then move to wire racks.
