Drunken Apples Like Famous Dave S
This is a recipe i found that is supposed to be close to the side from famous dave's bbq -- i just adored these apples with ribs...and i know they work well with ham dishes for holidays!! *recipe untried by me yet, hope it is close to them!! yield is a guess.
Steps
Mix apples with sugar , cinnamon , and nutmeg.
Mix in rum.
Heat over medium heat until apple mixture is juicy and the juice boils.
Boil for 20 minutes over medium heat.

granny smith apples, white sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, rum
