Dilled Oat Bread

Steps
Dissolve 1 tsp sugar in water and sprinkle yeast over , leave in a warm place until frothy.
Blend together cheese , onion , butter , salt , eggs and the remaining sugar.
Set aside.
Mix flour with oats and pour in yeast liquid , stir in cheese mixture & dill seeds.
Knead until smooth.
Place dough in a warm , greased bowl and cover with a damp tea-towel.
Leave dough in a warm place until doubled in size.
Knock back dough & in a 1.
5l casserole , cover & let rise to double again.
Heat the oven to 180.
C and bake loaf for 35 mins or until cooked.
