Creamy Crunchy Peach Dessert

This is basically the easiest dessert ever, but it is so good! It’s good for you too :-) i’m sure someone else has come up with this somewhere in the world, but i invented it while at the college cafeteria. I was craving something with fruit and both creamy and crunchy textures, and this is what i ended up with. Quick, simple, and delicious. I prefer to use granola with raisins in it. This would also be a great snack.

Steps

Set out two small bowls or other serving dishes.
Place two peach halves in each dish.
Top with cottage cheese and sprinkle with granola , and serve immediately !.
