Cranberry Cider Jelly

A great and easy jelly. makes a great gift during holidays.

Combine apple cider , cranberry juice and lemon juice in a large saucepot.

Stir in powdered pectin.

Bring to a rolling boil , stirring frequently.

Add sugar , stirring until dissolved.

Return to a rolling boil.

Boil hard 1 minutes , stirring constantly.

Remove from heat.

Skim foam , if necessary.

Ladle into hot jars , leaving 1 / 4 inch headspace.

Adjust lids.

Process 10 minutes ina boiling-water canner.
