Cracker Toffee

My grandma recently passed and i was going through her old recipes. I remember her making this when i was a kid. I have yet to make it on my own.

Preheat oven to 350.

Spray cookie sheet with olive oil and put crackers on sheet with edges touching.

Melt butter and brown sugar in a pan , stirring constantly.

Bring to boil and boil for 2 minutes.

Pour the mixture over the crackers and spread evenly with a knife.

Bake for 5 minutes- toffee should be bubbly.

Remove from oven and cool.

Break into bite size pieces.

saltine crackers, unsalted butter, brown sugar
