This is the recipe i use for my cracker jack popcorn...i use this also now to fix any microwave corn that i haven't really enjoyed...(like cinnabon and kettle corn,,) fixed it fine..thought i had better post my recipe before after using for 20 years, i just might loose it, since the page is falling out of my book...

Steps

Mix butter and sugar , water and vinegar over medium heat.

Cook until amber in color.

---

Do not stir.

---

Pour over the popped corn and toss until coated.

---

Pour onto a buttered cookie sheet to cool.

---

Break into pieces.

---

Peanuts may be added if desired.
