Coconut Sorbet


Really easy -- almost idiot proof! I was always looking for a non-dairy recipe, but could never find one. I finally just came up with this on my own, and it tastes great!!

Steps


Whip the coconut milk with the instant pudding.
Pour into a freezer container and freeze for several hours.
To serve , scrape sorbet with a heavy spoon and serve shavings in a dessert glass.
