Chocolate Brandy Sauce


I serve this over my recipe #200585 for an extra rich chocolate taste.

Steps


Bring cream to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir in chocolate until melted.
Stir in brandy.
You can use a cornstarch slurry to thicken it up.
Serve warm sauce over warm chocolate bread pudding.
