Chips Ahoy Cheesecake Sandwiches

I believe that this came from a kraft magazine. very good. Cooking time is freezing time.

Beat cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl.

Stir in whipped topping.

Scoop 2 tb.

Of the mixture onto the bottom of each of the 10 cookies.

Top with the second cookie.

Dip 1 / 2 of each sandwich in the melted chocolate.

If desired roll or lightly press edges in sprinkles , nuts or chocolate chips.

Place in a single layer in a airtight container.

Freeze 3 hours.
