Chilled Strawberry Soup


I got this recipe off of allrecipes. I love strawberries and this is the ultimate. It can be used as a soup to start a summer meal, or as a very thick smoothie to be drank anytime. It is a very eye appealing dish, especially when topped with fresh strawberry slices and a swirl of whipped cream. Cook time is actually chill time.

Steps


Puree strawberries , milk , cream and sour cream in a blender of food processor until smooth.
Stir in sugar to taste.
Chill 8 hours or overnight in refrigerator before serving.
