Chicken In Peanut Sauce

Steps


Sprinkle cleaned chicken with garlic.
Melt butter in skillet , and saute chicken until golden brown on all sides.
Remove.
Cook onion and green pepper in remaining butter , adding more butter if necessary.
Return chicken to pan , then add broth , coriander seeds , ginger and peanut.
Cover and simmer until chicken begins to fall away from the bone , about 1 hour.
Remove skin and bones and return chicken to gravy.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with rice.
