This one dish casserole was a favorite of mine as a child and now i love making it for my own family. My mom would always cut up chicken (my dad is a big fan of thighs while my mom and i love white meat.) i prefer to buy frozen chicken breasts and call it good. If you play with this recipe, one ingredient that is a must" is the onion soup mix. It really is what gives this recipe flavor. Enjoy!"!

Steps

Pour one cup of rice , cream soup , and milk in the bottom of a 9x13 pan , lay chicken on top , sprinkle with onion soup mix , make stuffing as directed on box and put on top of the onion soup mix.

Cover with lid and cook at 350 for 1 and 1 / 2 hours.
