Cauliflower With Scallions

Steps
In a large pot of boiling salted water , cook cauliflower until tender , 3-5 minutes.
Drain and transfer to a serving dish.
In a small skillet , melt butter over medium low heat.
Add scallions and cook 2 minutes.
Pour over cauliflower and toss.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot.
