Caribbean Grilled Tuna
This just screams summertime!! Wonderful and a definite family favorite.
Steps
Place tuna steaks in a large zip-top plastic bag.
Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over tuna.
Turn to coat.
Seal bag and refrigerate 20-30 minutes.
Lightly grease grill rack.
Place tuna on grill.
Grill approx.
5 minutes per side or until fish flakes.
Apply extra marinade during grill time to keep tuna moist.
