Cardamom Cider Syrup

This comes from my parish house inn breakfast cookbook, the syrup for the apple cider pancakes (posted separately)

Combine cornstarch and cardamom in saucepan , whisk in apple cider slowly.

Bring to a boil over medium heat , continue whisking until mixture thickens.

Remove from heat , serve over pancakes.
