Caffe Noche By Paul Bassett


Paul bassett is an australian barista world champion and this is adapted from his creation. Similar to an affogato but with it's own spin.

Steps


Lightly whisk the cream & honey until thickened.
Pour nutella into a warmed martini glass and pour espresso over the top.
Top with the honey cream & hazelnuts , serve with biscotti.
