This recipe is a compilation of several i've tried and always baked in a cuisinart convection bread maker. if you change the combination of flours, ensure that the total amount measures 3 1/2 cups. the dough will be sticky but don't add flour, or much, because the texture of the baked product is soft. the young granddaughters love it!!
