Buffalo Chicken Monkey Bread
This savory buffalo chicken monkey bread will be a real winner with your guests.
Steps
Preheat oven to 375f.
Spray 6 cup tube pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Toss chicken with 6 tbps of buffalo chicken sauce.
Separate 12 biscuit dough pieces.
Cut 5 biscuits into quarters.
Making 20 smaller pieces.
Press each dough into a flat round shape.
Place about 1 teaspoon of blue cheese crumbles into the middle of the dough.
Hold and pinch to seal.
Make into a round dumpling style.
Cut 7 dough biscuits into half making 14 pieces total.
Press and shape into a round disc.
Place 1 tbsp of the buffalo shredded chicken mixture into the center of the round.
Hold and pinch into a dumpling style.
Drizzle 2 tbsp buffalo wing sauce on the bottom of the tube cake pan.
Brush each ball with melted butter.
Layer the stuffed biscuit balls into the pan.
Bake 30-35min for until the balls are golden brown.
Cool in the pan after baking.
Place serving plate upside down over the tube pan.
Remove the tube pan , exposing the monkey bread.
